Prepares trial balances, financial statements and segmental results by business. Review general ledger reconciliations to sub-ledgers and financial analysis. Provides interpretation of accounts and records
Provides analysis of complex accounting information as required. Review standard costing and variance analysis.Highlights cost reduction opportunities
Collaborate with GBS team in developing standard and specialized reports and statements for the following: ledgers, journal entries; fixed asset or inventory accounting; cost accounting; bank account reconciliations; trend/analysis information
Provides management with reports of monthly close analyses and others, including tax reports, on a timely manner
Assists in the development of the budget, forecast, long-range plan.
Participates in the development of and implements difficult accounting systems, methods and controls
May work on special projects including statutory reporting requirements and lead related activities
Assists with training programs for new or less-experienced accounting employees. Serves as technical resource to others and assists with resolution of escalated problems
Persyaratan
Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and usage of financial statements; receivables, payables, cost accounting, internal controls, auditing, financial reporting and usage of financial statements. Knowledge of accounting laws, regulations and standard
Knowledge of Cabot’s reporting systems
Adept PC skills (MS Office, Power Point, MS Project, etc.)
