Monitors and operates Carbon BlackProduction and/or Energy Center systems and related equipment at field. Performs all tasks in a safe manner and following plant safety policies and procedures.

Follows work instructions (WI) and Product Quality Control Plans (PQCP) for field activity.
Adjusts controls to regulate variables as per instructions. Performs set up procedures to prepare systems for operation.
Monitors and troubleshoots the process to maintain required operating conditions at field.
Performs minor maintenance on process and support equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned. Keeps work area safe and clean.
Persyaratan
Minimum High School or equivalent with minimum work experience of 3 – 5 years in factory operations (technician or operator), preferably petrochemical industry and/or energy center
Have a high level of compliance and awareness of work safety.
Manual dexterity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Have Basic Mechanical ability.
Able to read and interpret operational instructions (SOP) supported by the ability to think logically.
Have written and verbal communication skills (good articulation) and active listening skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Willing to work in shift work schedule and may be able to work on holidays.
Have the ability to remain calm and provide an effective response in critical conditions.
Have the ability to learn and high initiative.
Having a class 1 boiler operator certificate is a plus.
